Our service

We introduce property owners to real estate professionals from our participating network. We are not a real estate agency, we do not act for you in any transaction, and we do not provide financial, legal, credit or taxation advice.

No guarantee of outcome

• We do not guarantee a sale, a sale price, a tenant, a purchase or any commercial outcome.
• We do not represent that our network includes every professional in your area.
• Any information, estimate or calculator output on this site is general and indicative only.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about yourself and the property.
• Only submit details for a property you own, are purchasing, or are authorised to act for.
• Make your own enquiries and satisfy yourself before appointing any professional.

Introductions and consent

We will not share your details with a professional unless you have consented, and we share with a maximum of 3 professionals for a request. Any agreement you enter into with a professional is between you and them.

Referral fees

A professional may pay us a referral fee if you appoint them following our introduction. Full details are set out in our referral disclosure.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct, advice, fees or performance of any professional introduced through the service.
