Quality standards
These are conditions of participation, not aspirations.
Current licence or registration
We record and check your licence or registration before activation, with re-checks scheduled as part of our operating standards.
Honest coverage
You list only the suburbs you genuinely transact or manage in. Overstated coverage removes you from matching.
Response expectations
Acknowledge an introduction within 24 business hours and update the outcome. Persistent silence pauses your account.
Capacity limits
You set a monthly capacity. We stop matching you when you reach it, so owners aren't introduced to someone too busy to help.
Evidence over claims
Recent results and specialties are recorded as evidence, not marketing copy. We may request documentation.
Owner-first conduct
No pressure tactics, no on-selling of owner details, and immediate compliance with any owner opt-out.
Commercial terms
How the commercial relationship works
No subscription and no per-lead purchase. A referral fee is payable only where an owner appoints you following a HOMII introduction, calculated as an agreed share of your commission or management fee and payable at the agreed milestone.
- Referral terms are set out in your participation agreement and are agreed individually with each professional.
- You cannot pay to rank higher. Matching uses published eligibility gates and a weighted Vibe Score, capped at 3 matches.
- We make no promise of lead volume, conversion or revenue.
