Information we collect
- Contact details: name, email address and mobile number.
- Property details: suburb, postcode, approximate address, property type, occupancy, approximate value or budget, and timing.
- Preferences: your stated priorities, any current agent, exclusions and free-text notes.
- Consent records: which consents you gave, and when.
- Technical data: pages visited, referral source and campaign parameters such as UTM tags.
How we use it
- To match you with suitable professionals and to contact you about your request.
- To share your enquiry with a maximum of 3 selected professionals, only after you consent.
- To operate, secure and improve the service.
- To send marketing communications, only if you separately opted in.
Who we share it with
The professionals selected for your shortlist, and service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, email and SMS delivery, and CRM). We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your details with more than 3 professionals for a single request.
Consent and withdrawal
Consent to contact and share is unbundled from marketing consent. You can withdraw either at any time by emailing hello@homii.com.au or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your enquiry.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Data is stored with reputable providers, and access is limited to team members who need it.
Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to delete it. Contact hello@homii.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
