Choosing a real estate professional is one of the highest-value decisions most Australians make, and it's usually made on the smallest amount of evidence: a letterbox drop, a sign on a corner, or whoever sold the house down the road. The information that would actually help — comparable results, property-type experience, fee structure, workload — is scattered or simply not published.

HOMII collects the questions that matter, applies them consistently, and gives owners a short, explained shortlist instead of a directory.

What we claim

• We shortlist from our participating network, which is being built in Adelaide and South Australia first.
• We record and check licence or registration details for professionals we activate.
• Every shortlist is reviewed by a person before an introduction is made.
• We publish our matching weights and our commercial arrangements.

What we don't claim

• We do not claim to cover the whole market or every agent in Australia.
• We do not publish ratings, rankings, review scores or savings figures.
• We do not guarantee a sale price, a sale, a tenant or an outcome.
• We do not provide financial, legal, credit or taxation advice.

The platform supports every Australian state, territory, suburb and postcode. Our participating network is currently concentrated in Adelaide and South Australia, and we will tell you plainly if we cannot help in your area yet rather than passing your details to someone unsuitable.
